Traumatized Stray Dog Cries Himself To Sleep Every Night…

Seeing dogs that struggle to overcome the past trauma of the abuse that they have experienced can be difficult. The last thing anyone wants to see is an animal that is dealing with issues that were caused by an unkind human. The dog in this story recently experienced just such a trauma and the results are absolutely heartbreaking to anyone who comes across him.
Nuri is a street dog who resides in South Korea. He has been living outside for much of his life. Fortunately, rescuers have finally been able to track him down. The rescuer explains their first encounter in the video below. The story is a rather touching one that makes us wonder what kind of monsters exist in the world. Nuri was forced to endure the slings and arrows of humanity in the worst way possible.
The rescuer heard him crying out during what should have been a peaceful slumber. The animal sounded like he was being abused, but this was the furthest thing from the case. While she did not know exactly what was wrong with the pup at first, she soon came to realize the sad truth. He was stricken with spasms in one of his hind legs and had a deep wound embedded in his side.
Some men had attempted to snatch up the dog and stabbed him during the scuffle. Why someone would ever be willing to stab an innocent dog like this is something that is well beyond our level of comprehension. Nuri could no longer sleep through the night like a normal dog would because he was plagued with the traumatic memories of the awful abuse he experienced.
The idea of a dog suffering from a form of post traumatic stress disorder might seem silly to some, but this is exactly what Nuri was facing. He has since been taken away from his life as a stray on the streets and his rescuers are cautiously optimistic that he will be able to find the right home. Thankfully, there are good people in the world who actually care.
The violence that stray dogs are forced to deal with causes them to be become very mistrustful of the outside world. We are hoping that he is able to put the mental distress that he experienced behind him and live a happy life. All dogs deserve to be treated well. Please share this story to spread awareness about the dangers of animal abuse.

Abandoned Scared Homeless with a Broken Heart Transforms To The Sweetest Dog

A little dog was found roaming near a railroad station by the Howl Of A Dog rescue team. He was scared, heartbroken and sad, living on the cold streets.
It was too risky to attempt a rescue there, they were worried that he could run and get hit by a passing train, so they followed him, trying to redirect him towards a safer place. It was quite a marathon as he ran away each time they approached him.
But he eventually understood that they are only trying to help him, or maybe the smell of the yummy treats finally reached his nose. He was limping and they also noticed a scar near his left eye so they took him straight to the veterinary clinic.
When they scanned him for a microchip they discovered that he had an owner! They hoped a happy dog-owner reunion would follow, but when they contacted the registered owner he told them he does not want the dog back and asked them to take him.
Apparently, Bobi (this is the name given by his owner) ran away from home and traveled quite a long distance, being found approximately 10 miles away from his home. We’ll never know why he left home and why he wasn’t wanted anymore, but we do not want to judge anyone, we’re just thankful that they were able to save him.

His vision is completely lost in the left eye, an old scar located near the eye indicates that he had been injured there, possibly hit, so that’s how he lost his sight in that eye. But the good news is that vision in the right eye is not affected and he sees well with it. He’s very gentle, loving and obedient and he is still playful and curious. It’s like he’s living now the puppyhood he missed.
Bobi was held at Howl Of A Dog’s care in Romania for a time until he was adopted 4600 miles away to US.

Here is a video of Bobi’s first week at his forever home:

Dog Tied Up In Woods With No Water, No Food, Left To Suffer!

No one likes to be on their own but to be left to suffer, without water or food, this German Shepard barked and she desperately tried to call for help!
Tied up in a remote place, how long would she really survive without food or water, she waited in vain for her owner to return and get her, but every moment was a disappointment.
She barked and barked, desperate to not give up hope, to still imagine that she would be heard eventually by anyone.
Then a nearby resident, near enough to just about hear the barking, heard her frantic cries for help!
The animal control officer, Alex Kelly, said: – “I got a call from one resident who said that there was a dog tied somewhere in the back of their building, and the dog was hollering and screaming all night long”

“…So I asked her, ‘How long has the dog been hollering, and barking?’ And she said, ‘I’m going to be honest with you, the dog’s been back there at least three days.’”
Alex arrived pretty fast to meet the person who called it in, as they went to check out what was going on, there was no dog?
Looking all around Alex saw a head peeking out, behind a bush across the river ahead of them.
Alex Crossed the river and looked all around the apartment complex, but there was no one who seemed to admit to knowing anything about the dag.
Alex said:
“When I got around there and went in the back, nobody wanted to come out, nobody wanted to say whose the dog was. They didn’t want to get involved”
Alex found after a long search, the dog who was in a terrible state, very scared and shaky too. She was tied to the tree with a thick cable and a plastic dog house.
As he got close to her, Alex saw that the cable was wrapped her legs too, adding pressure to her leg, it was awful.
Alex said:
“Had it been another day or so, the circulation in her leg would have been cut off, and she probably would have ended up losing the limb”

Alex slowly gained her trust and captured her with a neck snare to hold her so he could free her from the ties.
He also disposed of the crate and dog bowls, no one was going to use them for this again he must have thought!
Alex said:
“I put on a leash, and she was perfect …She’s a nice dog. She’ll make someone a nice pet.”
She was given the name Genesis to mark a new beginning, after such an awful start to her life, she was taken to the Associated Humane Popcorn Park Shelter.
The shelter wrote in a Facebook post:
“It’s obvious that Genesis has been bred in the past and likely made her own a great deal of money with her adorable puppies, yet this is how she was repaid”
“…That is all a thing of the past now, as we will help her to put her terrible past out of her mind and focus on her future.”
After all her bad treatment Genesis still loves people, she is super eager to show her love to someone, she is a little shy, who could blame her for that though!

The shelter wrote:
“Within minutes of knowing you, she nudges her head against your hand and wants you to pet her …If you should stop, she’ll nudge you again for more attention.”
Very soon after a family fell in love with her and they were a really perfect match, well done Genesis, you can have your life back and the second chance you deserve!

NEW 2019 PLYMOUTH SUPERBIRD

Rarely has a good looking and good performing car been cheap. Through history there have been only a few cars that check all three boxes. The 2016 Plymuth Superbird does not check all of them either. It might look good, and we are sure it will perform great but the hefty $ 58.500 price tag will be a burden to the retailers. There are many items on the vehicle like LED rear lights, and turn signals that will be cool looking but probably not as cool as that huge fiberglass wing on top of the trunk.

Amongst the additional accessories there is talk of Magnuson Superchagers, chassis braces, coil-over suspension and even a supposed option of a single or double turbo charger. The release date is to be this month so let’s see how much of that will end up being fitted to the production model.

New 2019 Pontiac Trans Am 455 Super Duty From TransAm Depot is Nasty!

A bunch of geniuses at TransAm Depot teamed up with Swedish design firm Zolland Design to once again resurrect the Pontiac Trans Am 455 Super Duty in a 2019 1,000-horsepower missile.
Not unlike the “Bandit” Trans Am the crew built off of the Gen. 5 Chevrolet Camaro, Tallahassee, FL-based TransAm Depot now has its attention on the sixth-generation Camaro platform, and introduced the new Super Duty Trans Am this week at the New York Auto Show.
The sixth-gen. Camaro’s new, lighter weight Alpha platform has industry watchers believing these new Trans Am conversions will deliver excellent performance.
According to Motor Authority, “the engine is based on the 6.2-liter LT1 V-8 found in the Camaro SS but has been worked over by a NASCAR engine builder based in Charlotte, NC, believed to be Arrington Performance. It’s been enlarged to 7.4 liters, or approximately 455 cubic inches, hence the ‘455’ in the car’s name, and has received a Magnuson TVS2300 supercharger that delivers 14 psi of boost. The engine also benefits from a cold air intake, ceramic-coated headers and a 3.0-inch exhaust.”
TransAm Depot will offer both standard coupe and T-top versions.
The new Super Duty churns out 1,046 ft.-lbs. of torque to complement the 1,000 horses it makes.
See an 18-photo gallery from the New York Auto Show here.
Motor Authority visited TransAm Depot last year, discovering that contrary to popular belief, these Trans Am conversions are a lot more than simple body kit installations.
TransAm Depot uses donor Camaros to create its own Trans Ams after licensing the name and logo from General Motors, according to this Motor Authority article and video about the company. On average, around 230 custom parts are used for each conversion. In addition, the engineers at TransAm Depot also install a new powertrain, typically a supercharged V8 crate engine from GM, the story said.
Almost all body panels on the 2019 Pontiac Trans Am Super Duty are new, including carbon fiber units used for the bumpers, fenders, a shaker hood, and rear decklid. All the accessories are also new, including the head and taillamps, and the cars also receive fresh coats of paint.
It may not be the Pontiac we asked for.
But it may just be the Pontiac we need.
