Corgi Puppy Sees Miniature Pumpkin For First Time, Has Millions In Love When He ‘Attacks’ It

In the animal kingdom, there are many species that are natural rivals of each other. Cats versus dogs, cats versus cucumbers, rodents versus birds, etc.

Sure some of these are predatory/prey rivalries, but it still follows the competitive instinct of survival: every creature for himself!

Now, we have discovered another classic rivalry to add to the list: corgi puppy versus… a pumpkin?

Bilbo the corgi puppy cannot deal with this miniature pumpkin. And understandably so! As two viewers put it

Honestly, Bilbo’s reaction here reminds me of the first time I tried to carve a pumpkin. I also barked at the pumpkin to show my dominance before pawing at it and commencing a poorly made pumpkin carving.

At only 8 or 9 weeks old, Bilbo here is already at the top of his game. He’s not going to let anything intimidate him, even this little pumpkin! Just look at him paw at the devilish thing. Go Bilbo! Teach that pumpkin who’s boss!

Mom Is Stressed Her Baby Won’t Stop Crying But The Dog’s Solution Has Her Cracking Up

It’s a natural reaction for puppies to be jealous when there’s a new dog at home, but will they feel the same way when you bring a baby home? There are so many animal behavioral studies which shows that dogs do get jealous. They can feel love and loyalty, but they are also sensitive when it comes to rejection. Some dogs feel that when their human parents bring a new dog home, they feel like they’ve been replaced. But somehow, this has been a question among new parents who already have a dog before they even had children.

No parent would want to give up their dog because they had a baby. So what they do is try to get their dogs and their baby get along with each other to live a happy and harmonious life together. However, a mom discovered that her pup is not appreciating the attention that the new baby wants. Sibling rivalry is definitely brewing, but in a good way. But it is not new for dogs to be jealous of their new siblings. Let’s go ahead and find out how this mom discovered this cute rivalry between her baby and her pup.

We all know that babies would cry to get their mom’s attention. So when this pup realized that this is how he can get his human mom to notice him too, you wouldn’t believe what he did next! This funny yet interesting exchange was caught on video when both baby and pup are in the same bed. The pup already knew that mom is filming. The baby starts crying, clearly asking for something but the pup noticed this and he started howling while looking at his mom, wanting to know how she would react. Whether she would agree or not.

When the mom didn’t disagree and call him out on his loud howling, the pup continues to do this when the baby started crying again, wanting mom to know that yep! He was able to make the baby stop and mom seems to like it! The baby did it again and again and the pup howled still looking at the camera, and the baby ceased from crying. And before the baby could start crying once more, he beat her this time with his loud and long howl and the baby seemed to this exchange.

The pup may have noticed his effect on the crying baby which is why he kept on doing it while looking at their mom for approval, or maybe he just wants the peace and quiet that he was used to around the house. What was sure in this video is that this pup would not let his new sibling control the situation. He is surely the boss in this house and he knows how to impress his mom too!

Stray Dog Is So Happy to Show Rescuers Her Babies

Hope for Paws received a texted image of a stray dog and her puppies. The dog had wandered to a woman’s house five days earlier, and promptly gave birth right in her yard!
The dog, now named “Spring,” was the friendliest lady. She came right up to Loreta Frankonyte and jumped up to say ‘hello.’

She also let Eldad Hagar approach and handle her puppies, and soon they were on their way to a new beginning.

Spring and her pups are now with the LoveJoy Foundation so they can find a new home.

After Spending a Lifetime Behind Bars in a Kill Shelter, this Dog Gets a Real Bed for the First Time

Sadly, Bandit is just one of many dogs who spend their days behind bars at kill shelters, getting fed just enough to survive. And before long, they’re euthanized and never get a chance to live a happy life. They don’t get to play like normal dogs, they don’t receive love, and some have never even felt what it’s like to sleep in a bed.
Thankfully for Bandit, he was one of the lucky ones who got to escape that horrible life in a kill shelter. He now gets to live out the rest of his life in his new furever home!

Bandit, a senior dog, was at a high-kill shelter in Romania and was rescued by Howl Of A Dog, a nonprofit animal rescue organization. Bandit had a large tumor on his leg, causing pain and making it difficult for him to walk. Once rescued, he received surgery to remove the tumor and he’s since recovered very well from it.

Now Bandit gets to live like a normal dog and experience things for the first time that many pups take for granted, like the feeling of soft blankets and rolling around in the grass. I’m so happy that HOAD saved Bandit from such horrible living conditions!

Soldier Returns From 9 Months Service And Surprises Dog With Most Adorable ‘What The Fluff’ Challenge

Unless you’ve been living under a rock recently, I’m sure you’ve seen a ‘What the Fluff challenge’ video or two online. Well, in this special clip, two internet trends have come together to make the cutest viral video you’ll see in a long while. A soldier’s homecoming gets mixed in with a ‘What the Fluff challenge’ in this adorable video.

If you don’t know what a ‘What the Fluff challenge’ is, then the premise is that a human stands in a doorway with a large sheet held in front of them. An unsuspecting dog sits and watches as their human shows their face and then raises the sheet up to hide. As they drop the sheet to the floor, they hide behind a corner or dart into another adjoining room. The dog is then left wondering where on earth their ‘magical human’ disappeared to.

It’s not just dogs that are getting the ‘What the Fluff’ treatment either, as people have started spooking their cats and even their birds. No matter the animal, the reactions are always hilarious. Some vary from confusion to minor distress, to anger, to the smarter creatures figuring out what has happened straight away.

This recent video of a soldier returning home and surprising his beloved dog using the challenge is possibly my favorite so far.

Private 1st class Kevin had been away for 9 months in Fort Bragg, training for the Special Forces Qualification. Kevin was granted leave to come home before returning to base to continue training. While his family and friends knew he was returning, there was one special guy who didn’t know the exciting news. So, instead, they decided to surprise him.

“His younger brother Jacob and I thought it would be fun to do the #WhatTheFluffChallenge. While we were all very excited and emotional to have him at home, no one was happier than our 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Zephyr, and none of us anticipated Z’s reaction.”

Kevin’s mom, Lisa Lord, captured the adorable surprise on camera for all of us to enjoy. Golden retriever Zephyr may have been unimpressed at first, but as soon as he saw Kevin, he can’t contain himself. His reaction to seeing his beloved owner is so adorable, your heart will barely be able to take it.
